You don't have to spend a lot to have a gallery wall. Most of the items I used in mine are from thrift stores. Thrift stores are great for picture frames and other little trinkets! I first decided where I was going to place the gallery. After much consideration I decided above the tv was a good spot. I then decided the shape. I ended up with going the same length as the dresser Using painters tape I made a outline of wear I wanted to put the items. Then I started to lay out everything on the floor. I rearranged it many times till I found what I liked that most. Then since some of the items were not the right color I spray painted them so that they looked more uniform and would go together. You can then lay all your items on butcher paper. Trace all your items and then proceed to cut them out. You do this so you can tape then on the wall and decided if you truly like the lay out you choose before putting a bunch of holes in the wall. This also gives you the chance to rearrange or move items making it look just perfect. Once you like your design then you can start hanging up the items! In some of the frames instead of pictures you could try quotes or other images. I had two dress patterns that were my grandmothers. Good Luck!
